The Academy
There are 7 levels of learning within The Academy program. Although these relate to the actual age of the child and the skills that should challenge them, players can start from any age.
The content is designed to be picked up from any age or ability level and make you a better player. The aim is to reduce the subjectivity of how good players are which is too often merely a matter of opinion. By attaining each of these levels, these players build a body of evidence over time which clearly highlights the contribution they should be able to make to any team.
We can't coach personality and we can't remove bad days however objective results obtained from testing and strict adherence to standards will mean that players can demonstrate the quality and creativity required to play at as high a level as they would like to.
